Return Process

  Log into your MiOT account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and cables are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
